My name is Aysha Mason. I am the accounts payable supervisor for Hobart Service. Hobart Service is a food equipment brand. We sell and work on all of our own equipment. So any location that you go to that is a restaurant, a cruise line, a hotel, probably has our equipment in the kitchen. I vividly remember standing in front of the scanner every morning and scanning individual invoices in one by one to send for email approval. And that was before we really started getting into the automation side of things. The software that we had prior to this was nowhere near the level of automation that Dooap is. So it's been a huge, huge progression for us. And it's been something that's been really, really important to the business, because without that automation, everything is just so manual and it's very easy to lose track and lose sight of your numbers and how much you're spending and the approvals and things like that. It connects directly with our D365 ERP software. So there's no lag or ability for things to be missed or dropped. It's pretty immediate. The moment that the approver hits approve, it goes straight over into our system to be paid, which has been wonderful. One of the big pushes for us when we moved over to Dooap was PO automation. We are a company that is probably 80 to 90% POs. So for us to be able to have those auto flow and take that manual effort out of it, previously it was kind of a double approval. Our branch managers were having to approve them in our D365 software. And then they were having to approve them again in our AP software. So there was just a lot of extra touches that really didn't need to be done. And now, as long as that three-way match is there, they flow automatically. Nobody has to touch them. Nobody has to manually maneuver them in any way. We implemented the mobile app onto our store. So anybody that has a Hobart service phone has the app readily available to them without having to request access or anything like that. I will say that we probably see more of our higher level managers using the app, just the people that are traveling or are not at their desk all the time. So we definitely have a high number of users of the app. I use that myself. Very straightforward, very user-friendly. I'll be 100% honest. I don't think we've even scratched the surface of what the analytics can do. We've used it, I think, at a very high level for right now. But that is one of my goals for the year is to really, really dive deeper into those analytics and see what else it has to offer that we can utilize. But by far, my favorite thing is being able to set those metrics for my team and not have to manually pull a file and do all the math and all of that in my head. So that's been tremendous for us. So Dooap's been amazing for us as far as our software goes and hearing the users. We've gotten a ton of amazing feedback from all of our users. I have not heard a single negative thing come out of the field. The Dooap team worked very well with our IT team, answered their questions. They went back and forth a couple of times on setup and just making sure that all of the settings were correct and everything like that. But I cannot stress enough how important it was to us to not need a lot of our IT team's time. So that was tremendous for us. It just has been great to talk to people that you feel like are listening to you. Again, we've offered numerous suggestions of things that we would really like to see. Plenty of those have been put into action. There is a list of things that we've requested that are still being worked on, which we absolutely love. We get follow-ups on that. The support team is, I can't say enough good things. And I mean that fully. It has been just a great, great system. And we are truly thankful for from where we came from. We highly recommend it. We have had no complaints. It's been a year and we've had no downsides that we've run into. There's been no deal breakers or anything along those lines. So we would definitely highly recommend it. And AP automation in general, we live in an automated world. So in my opinion, if you don't have AP automation, you're not doing yourself a favor.
