Okay. Hi, I'm John Bratton, Chief Financial Officer with Good Day Farm, based here in Little Rock, Arkansas. We operate a four-state area in Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi. We recently got engaged with Dooap at the tail end of our ERP implementation with Microsoft Dynamics 365. We identified very late in the process that the AP solution, which we were hopeful would be our long-term solution, would not be feasible given the scale of our business. Our team brought Dooap to the table about four to six weeks before we actually went live. And while we had concerns about our ability to complete an implementation that quickly, with the assistance of Dooap and their team of experts, we were able to successfully set up and be ready to execute beginning on day one for us. Our environment, we've got approximately 100, excuse me, 100 entities today that are processing payables. Those are a variety of different types of items via utilities, legal bills, insurance, et cetera. We've been able to create a tremendous amount of efficiency in our process utilizing Dooap. The automated workflows, being able to have approvers, multiple approvers on an invoice, being able to split invoices between different entities have all been things that in our prior system we were absolutely unable to do. In our old world, we did things very much the old-fashioned way. We used email, and maybe we got invoices approved, maybe we didn't. Maybe our payables person loaded the invoice in our old system, maybe they didn't. All of that has been cured and solutioned now with Dooap. All of our invoices are held in the repository there. We've got a complete historical record from day one that we were in Dooap, and we have been able to successfully really bring down the number of people that we need to solution and take care of our payables on a month-in and month-out basis. Six months into the relationship, it has been fantastic. We have found the team at Dooap to be extremely technical, extremely professional, very helpful anytime that we've got an issue that needs to be solutioned. I highly recommend utilizing Dooap. I'm happy to be a customer reference for them when they need to. Certainly, we're looking forward to a long partnership with them and really are so appreciative of the work they have done with us and being able to be more efficient with what we do, working through our payables, solutioning those items on a day-in and day-out basis.
