Hi, my name is Jacqui Long. I am the AP manager here at FullSpeed Automotive. I have been with the company around two years when we adopted Dooap. I started off as a supervisor and Dooap has really allowed me to move into this role as manager and made me incredibly effective as a leader. When I first started at FullSpeed Automotive, they were not using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any sort of AP automation tool. We have been using Dooap now for two years to automate our AP process. We have two coders and several approvers through our 30 districts and seven regions for all of our accounts payable invoices. I could absolutely not imagine a life without accounts payable automation. With how the world is changing with AI we really need to be able to streamline these processes and get rid of a lot of that administrative work that takes up so much time but doesn't really value add to the department. I love Dooap because it has completely changed our department. When I first started here, they did not have any sort of AP automation tool. Here at FullSpeed Automotive, we are a quick-loop auto shop company. We have over 300 locations all across the country. We have 30 districts, seven regions, and all of our staff that are in Dooap approving invoices are incredibly busy. For that reason, I always recommend that they use the mobile app because they're always on the move. They're always going to new shops. They're always working with their team to make the business better. I'm trying to make their lives easier and the mobile app really helps them with that. They can approve an invoice while they're at a drive-through; it's just incredibly easy. One of my favorite tools with Dooap right now is the predictive coding. We didn't have it turned on at first because we were teaching the system how invoices need to be coded based on location, type of item that is on the invoice or just past coding. It really learns as it's going. It's a huge time saver for my team because they're not having to look up addresses to figure out what department or store location they need to go to. The predictive coding is awesome. It tells you a percentage of how accurate it thinks the coding is based on its knowledge of the invoice that it's looking at and it really sets Dooap apart from other AP automation software that I've used in the past that don't have that capability. Another great automation tool that Dooap provides that sets it apart from its competitors is the Power BI reporting that is included with every Dooap subscription. I use several reports all the time at month end and daily to set KPIs for my team. One of the reports is called the close by user report. I can log in, see how many invoices everyone's coding. I can use the open invoices report to kind of reach out to approvers and coders at month end close by users so that way we can push that expense through to be captured in the correct period. I also use the fast close report every single month. It pretty much does my accruals for me. Over the last two years working with Dooap I've really become friends with the customer success team. They're always super responsive. I never have to wait longer than one day for them to reach out to me with the resolution. It really sets them apart in my mind because usually you wait several days just to get asked a question before you can even move in and get a resolution with a lot of companies. The accounts payable process here at FullSpeed Automotive has really transformed in the last two years and that's all because of Dooap and the automation that it's providing. Currently we process over 30,000 invoices through Dooap on a monthly basis. We have two coders, several approvers from all of our 30 districts and seven regions. This is allowing our entire company to have incredible visibility on their P&L that they did not have before we had Dooap.
